More than a year after the earthquake, Hiyoshiya Sake Brewery, whose sake brewery has not been able to recover as much as expected, has brewed this sake in collaboration with Kuramoto Sake Brewery in Nara Prefecture.
The aroma is fresh and dry.
I thought it would disappear without any flavor, but then I felt a slight acidity, and then a thin sourness appeared at the back of my tongue, followed by a bitter taste.
As you continue drinking, you are enveloped in the depth of flavor from start to finish 🥰.
