I went on a family vacation to a hotel in Oita that offers all-inclusive jibs.
The local Oita sake that was served there was
Yatsuka nigori sake
I had to have it because there was no way I could not drink it.
I looked in the fridge and found another bottle with the top clear liquid and wanted to compare them, but there was still more than half of a bottle left, so I couldn't... (lol)
(lol)... The staff served it to us mixed in front of us!
Then, let's have some 🍶!
The aroma was not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, it is very smooth and sweet, and right after that comes the pungent spiciness.
It was like that from start to finish.
It was delicious as a food wine.
It was a happy time with delicious sake and Oita cuisine.
