WOMI bought it at the end of the year and drank it the other day with my colleagues. I think the sake rice was Miyamanishiki. Eiko-Fuji never misses. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is really wonderful.
What was supposed to be a study of sake rice turned out to be a group that drank a lot of great sake. It's all good because it's delicious.
