I bought a bottle of this one at a liquor store in Solamachi, comparing different kinds of bottles until just before the next train. The pink label is very nice.
The taste is slightly sweet with a sake degree of -0.5. It tastes fruity at first and bitter at the end. Even my tongue can taste the sweetness and bitterness. Something sweet becomes bitter in the mouth. It's a strange feeling.
The gaseous taste that I like is quite strong, and it is very typical of nama-zake! I drank it with a happy grin on my face. Since it is a bottle, you can enjoy the taste even after a long time has passed since the bottle was opened.
