afs tachibana -2019&2009- 500ml
A collaboration product between Kenichi Tachibana, a member of EXILE THE SECOND, and Kidoizumi Sake Brewery, blending a small amount of 2009 aged afs based on the original 2019 brewed afs. It is said to be quite a special sake that is aged in sherry barrels.
It seems to be a sake that took a lot of time and effort to make, but I wonder if the drinkers are looking for this kind of flavor just because the brewers are too particular. I thought so. Personally, I thought it was a very elegant sake, but it didn't taste like the sake I was expecting. I'm not a big fan of Shaoxing wine, so I didn't enjoy it.
