Harumadori - New Sake, once fired
This ginjo-shu is brewed with naturally grown rice Gohyakumangoku by Takahashi Shosaku Sake Brewery of "Aizumusume".
The aroma is like that of large, sweet white grapes.
Rich taste of rice in the mouth
I had a glass of the raw sake last time.
This one is more subdued and has a slightly stronger acidity.
This sake is carefully made and delicious.
The heat is unusually intense throughout the country.
