This is an electric chrysanthemum, the second of two that I have secured.
As soon as I removed the black resin around the crown, the crown popped off. I was surprised to see that the fermentation had progressed while it had been laying there for a while since I bought it.
It was so tangy and shrieky, it was like drinking a sparkling wine! When the lees are mixed with the wine, the flavor becomes richer and more intense, which is also delicious.
Next time I buy this wine, I will let it sit for a while before drinking it again!
