ララの酒
We received this the other day from a friend of the wife. Kumamoto🐻 sake brewed with spring water from Aso. 😄
It has a strong umami of rice, acidity, and a slightly classical taste. When heated up, the aroma and flavor spread quickly and the acidity was a nice salty taste. 🐈️
