Tenbi純米吟醸 生原酒
はな
I've been curious about Amami because of her surging popularity.
Shupon! I opened the bottle with vigor. I was excited with anticipation, but was the semen aroma too strong?
I was a little surprised, but after a few minutes, the aroma of muscat settled down. The taste is quite complex. It has a sweet, spicy, sour taste, and a moderately bitter aftertaste.
To be honest, I thought it would be more suitable for everyone, but it has its own quirks that may divide people's likes and dislikes. Personally, I find the moderate sourness and bitterness to be pleasant, and it will be useful both as a stand-alone sake and as a sake with food. I think I'll try the Daiginjo as well.
