On a clear summer day, I took a walk around Shodoshima Island and Takamatsu Castle!
The idyllic scene of olive groves. The idyllic view of the olive groves, the refined aroma and depth of flavor of olive beef and olive oil. And the knowledgeable mechanism of Takamatsu Castle was a day to be treasured ✨.
Afterwards, we took a sip of Kawatsuru 🍶 while crossing the Seto Inland Sea.
When the bottle is opened, it has a mellow, sweet and sour aroma of berries.
The mouthfeel is round and smooth. It has a body of berry and red wine-like flavors, with sweet and sour overtones in a predominantly astringent environment. However, the clear, clean taste that is typical of jun-dai and the spiciness that comes at the end of the palate act as a balancer to tighten it up, making it a delicious wine that is full-bodied but also has a good balance!
A wine glass will be a big help for this one 🍷.
Jako-ten" is a must when you come to Shikoku!
It's a gem you can't miss 😋.
