Gorgeous aroma
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slightly carbonated taste that is typical of nama sake.
It also has a nice, gentle, "s~~~" feeling that passes gently through the nose!
It does not stick in the throat.
We were also given a tour of the brewery.
The owner of the brewery gave us a detailed explanation in person, which we appreciated. The owner was a graduate of Tokyo University of Agriculture and a science major! He said that the brand "Technique," which he created by utilizing his knowledge and experience, is also available for pre-order! Naturally, I made a reservation.
I wondered if many of the staff, including the owner, were young. It was a brewery that I wanted to support!
