とくさん
Purchased at Yokouchi Sake Shop. One character "figure" in gold on a black ground. It is too cool to buy. It has a heavy sweet flavor and a unique aroma. Compared to the Omachi Nakatori we drank last year, the aroma and sharpness are a little more refined. However, it still packs a punch now.
The attribute of brewing Gohyakumangoku in Tochigi is the same as Ona. The rice, water and yeast may be different in detail, but in the big picture, it is a local Tochigi sake. I can't lump them all together, including Senkou, which is more concerned with terroir.
It's a shame that Tochigi's sake is so good, even though it's at the bottom of the list for attractiveness.
