(My impression after drinking it)
I am not familiar with sake from Tottori or Shimane, and the only sake I know from Tottori is "Hiokizakura", so I was curious and ordered this. I was curious and ordered it because I am not familiar with Tottori and Shimane sake and know only "Hiokizakura" in Tottori.
The aroma is mild, the taste is sharp and light, and it is easy to drink. I remember that the taste was neutral to slightly dry and refreshing, without feeling any spiciness or sweetness in the mouth. The sake meter reads +4.0, so according to the data, it is completely dry.
I would like to try another sake called "Goryiki" from Tottori.
