I wanted to drink it after reading your review, but I saved it... so I decided to compare Mikumari with each other.
The first one is the prototype that was released first.
The aroma is a cage of alcohol and koji malt? The aroma is a bit like a cage of alcohol and malted rice. It is thin.
When you drink it, the mouthfeel is smooth and slightly carbonated. It has a slight sweetness and a light umami flavor, and the acidity and bitterness make it dry.
I drank the rest of the bottle, sobbing with anxiety about how it would taste.
The sushwashiness was almost gone, but the rice aroma, light umami, and light acidity made it still easy to drink. It is a pity that I could not taste the changes between sips, but I enjoyed it to the end.
The difference between the two is not noticeable to my taste buds unless I drink them at the same time...but when I drank them at the same time, they were definitely a little different and interesting.
