I was attracted by the catch that it was brewed with Yamagata's original sake rice "Dewa no Sato" and bought it.
It's a light yama-buki color with a slightly sweet aroma, but on the palate it has a slightly acidic and refreshing taste, with a good balance of sharpness and richness. It is more homey than delicate and good for everyday drinking.
