It has a complex aroma like straw, tropical fruit, and durian.
And a rich flavor.
Even though it's a Niigata sake, it has a rich taste like something from the west.
It also has the aroma of bacon and smoked fish.
It is a great sake with a complex mixture of flavors and aromas.
