I bought it because I was attracted by the new sake, and it was fresh and lived up to my expectations.
It has a refreshingly smooth entry on the palate, with a tangy carbonation. Then, there is a rich sweetness. Perhaps it is the youthfulness of the new sake, but it has a sticky sweetness.
