いーじー
Purchased at liquor stores. Rarity is higher in some areas.
At room temperature.
The aroma is subdued.
It has a subdued taste, similar to the Junmai-shu of Shichibonspear that I drank before, probably because it uses the sake rice Tamaei. This one may have a little more acidity.
The sake level is over +10 degrees, but my personal impression is that it is not that dry.
When heated up, the rice flavor gradually spreads to the palate.
Ideal as a food sake.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced drinkers.
