Comparing Tsukuba's sake. The Junmai Ginjo required refrigeration, so I kept both of them chilled.
The special junmai has a banana-like aroma, a smooth sweet and sour taste, and a good umami. It can be served at any temperature.
The Junmai Ginjo has a rather subdued aroma and a light sweetness characteristic of low-alcohol sake. The label on the back of the bottle reads, "It's like white rice.
