Finally opened after 2 years of aging under the floor.
Temperature: about 15 degrees Celsius.
It has a grain aroma with a sense of maturity, and in the mouth you can feel the rich flavor and strength of Omachi.
It is a little silky and the lingering flavor is long, but it finishes nicely due to the high alcohol content.
It tastes the opposite of what is popular, but I like this kind of taste the best.
Let's drink it slowly from here and enjoy its growth.
