Purchased at a liquor store near JR Ujima Station in Toyomae City
It is said to be made from an ancient rice called "Short-stalked Boat", which is an ancestor of Yamada-Nishiki.
(Just after opening the bottle)
Drink it cold.
Slightly cloudy white.
Weak aroma similar to amazake.
In the mouth, it has a sweet taste with a tingling sensation.
Dryness spreads later.
The lingering aftertaste is a little long.
Warmed to lukewarm
Sweet aroma and a strong smell of alcohol.
The sweetness is the same in the mouth, but the dryness is stronger.
To be heated hot
The tangy smell of alcohol weakens considerably.
The dryness weakens and it becomes easier to drink.
Because the sweetness remains the same, it tastes better than cold or lukewarm sake.
We paired it with sashimi and cheese at all temperatures, but it goes best with hot sake and cheese.
