シカタロウ
Kurodasho's Yamada Nishiki, and brewed exclusively with rice certified by the company's own four-star evaluation standard, is called "Kurodasho" in Japanese. The rice is called "Inone" because it is the "root of life.
It tastes basically the same as a regular Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo (which, by the way, is twice the price), but it has a more dignified, luxurious taste! Gorgeous, fresh, clear, but mellow as if clad in a thin robe of feathers! Delicious! It's so delicious!
The workmanship of the label on the back is also wonderful. I felt the soul of the maker.
