And it is as sharp as ever.
It never becomes overly sweet in the mouth.

Summary.
I looked back at my review from last year and there seems to be quite a bit of change in how I feel about the aroma and taste from that time.
I think last year was a shocking encounter.
I think Kudoki-Ue's Jr. series is a wonderful sake that incorporates modern values into the good old traditional sake.
I can feel the enthusiasm and passion of the brewer in this sake.
I think I like that kind of sake.
