Ohbai MACHO Junmai. Although it is called Junmai, the rice is milled at a low rate of 80%. It has a surprisingly lovely mouthfeel that lives up to its message of "graceful, dignified, and harmonious finish. It has a green apple aroma, a slight gasiness that seems to come from the protein, a thick acidity, and a cool feeling. It is an interesting sake.
