This is the first time in a year that I drank an ecru of Shinsei.
The aroma is reminiscent of bananas and pears.
When it's freshly opened, there's a bit of gas, and the tongue is tingly.
At first you feel a bit of acidity, then it melts away, and later the deliciousness of the rice comes rushing in.
This sensation became a habit and the cup went on and on.
A day after the opening of the bottle, the gassy feeling was almost gone and the acidity became a little stronger.
Still, it was delicious.
Goes well with fried chicken!
