Here is a bottle to accompany this evening. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is quite subdued. When you put it in your mouth, it is dry and full of flavor. It is easy to drink. When paired with vinegared spinach, the sweetness comes out, but the sharpness is still there and delicious. The rather spicy bean sprout namul is nice to bring out the sweetness. The chicken marinated in pickle juice and steamed, the sweetness of the pickle further brings out the dry potential of the sake. I usually prefer sweet sake, but this is delicious!
