This memorial sake was created with the purpose of making a toast to remember 3.11.
It has a mildly smooth mouthfeel. The sweetness spreads immediately. It clings to the tongue and disappears, leaving a rich sweetness behind. After a little while, it disappears without a trace.
It is a delicious sake.
