Another sake I wanted to get in Tochigi Prefecture Higashi Rikishi I heard that they serve a collaboration sake with a sushi restaurant in Katsudoki that I visited a while ago! Apparently they store and mature their sake in a cave! We couldn't make it to Shimazaki Sake Brewery because we had a leisurely time in Nasushiobara! I found this Kyokusuku and Yamahai Junmai at Okanoya Sake Shop in Nishinasuno! The Kyokushizuku was the last bottle, so we had this one! I won't open the bottle until the Houou Mita is available, so I'll post it before I forget! I'll post a report on the taste later! extensive knowledge Alcohol content: 17%. Rice polishing ratio: 65 Acidity: 1.6 ■Rice used: Rice suitable for sake brewing

Friday, March 21, 2025 As it is junmai (pure rice), you would think there would be some miscellaneous taste, but there is none at all! It is a very delicious sake! Masu sake, on the rocks with ice 🍶.
