Another sake I wanted to get in Tochigi Prefecture
Higashi Rikishi
I heard that they serve a collaboration sake with a sushi restaurant in Katsudoki that I visited a while ago!
Apparently they store and mature their sake in a cave!
We couldn't make it to Shimazaki Sake Brewery because we had a leisurely time in Nasushiobara!
I found this Kyokusuku and Yamahai Junmai at Okanoya Sake Shop in Nishinasuno!
The Kyokushizuku was the last bottle, so we had this one!
I won't open the bottle until the Houou Mita is available, so I'll post it before I forget!
I'll post a report on the taste later!

As it is junmai (pure rice), you would think there would be some miscellaneous taste, but there is none at all!
It is a very delicious sake!
Masu sake, on the rocks with ice 🍶.
