Yamatan Masamune Junmai Ginjyo "SHIZUKU Ehime" Unfiltered Nama-shu
This is a freshly pressed new sake from "Yamatan Masamune Junmai Ginjyo <Shizuku Ehime>" made from 100% Ehime sake rice "Shizuku Ehime", polished to 50%, and bottled as it was pressed without heating, adding water or filtering!
It has a fresh and fruity aroma reminiscent of freshly pressed Japanese pears, and a smooth mouthfeel, but with the petitiveness of a fresh sake.
The characteristic of "Shizuku Ehime", "umami and soft sake quality", is maintained, and the strong umami of unfiltered raw sake spreads over the palate, with a gorgeous aftertaste and a sharp finish in the second half.
