When I went on a trip to Nasu Highlands
I happened to see a sake that goes well with cheese at Imadeya's main store in order to enjoy the cachocavallo I bought!
The sake had a strong rice aroma with a slightly sour taste. I tried it cold, but the milk of the cheese stood out and was very tasty!
Now I want to warm it up a bit and have it with potatoes and raclette. ☺️
