辛子蓮根
This is a comparison between Honmaru and Asahi Taka. The Honmaru had a fresh muscat aroma and a gassy feeling, probably due to its freshness! The smoothness of the two sakes is similar, but they are very different (I haven't tried to compare them with raw storage). Honmaru is a sake that is gentle to the drinker without any strange stimulation or bad taste. It's the origin and the pinnacle of modern sake! Asahi-Taka has a strong sweetness and the taste is not as well integrated.... I can't complain when I think that both of them can be bought in the first half of 2000 yen!
