Fukuda Junmai Yamadanishiki Dry Hikari
Junmai version of Fukuda
When I drank it with the intention of drinking it dry, it was not as dry as I thought it would be, but the umami and the sweetness that comes later are impressive.
It has a crisp aftertaste, so it fits well as a dry sake.
I thought it was a good sake that goes well with meals.
In fact, I found out later that this brewery is the maker of my favorite shochu, Kapitan, and it became my favorite brewery.
