Last year, I drank a certain brewery's Risshun morning pressing, but I only had the impression that it was bitter, so this year I went with Koshi.
Cold sake
It has a fruity aroma.
The bitterness and alcohol taste is followed by the spread of umami and a sharp finish.
It is not so sweet, and the aftertaste is long.
It can be enjoyed as it is, but it hasn't blossomed yet.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes after tomorrow.
I've had a lot of Koshi-san, from sweet fruity ones like Kambashi and Apple, to aluzoe regular sake for warmed sake, and I can safely say I've never missed a thing.
