The Sanchi-Sakura Sake Brewery moved from Gifu Prefecture to Higashikawa-cho in the center of Hokkaido.
This is their first sake since the move.
It's made with Comet, a sake rice grown in the underground water of Mt. Daisetsu, and it's blooming with beautiful cherry blossoms🌸.
We enjoyed the delicious taste!
