Yamae Nishiki is a variety of rice certified as suitable for sake brewing in Nagano Prefecture in 2017. It is said to be made with a more focused flavor. The yeast used is Alps Yeast developed by Nagano Prefecture.
When I drank it, I thought, hmmm! Nice!
Gorgeous and juicy fruity aroma.
Full and mellow with a slight bitterness!
