This is already my third bottle since I came across it at the beginning of the year.
I had a hard time deciding whether to buy a bottle or not at the liquor store today, but I decided to buy a 720ml bottle to avoid the eyes of my neighbors.
It's really too good to be true‼️.
It's the first sake I've ever had that I keep coming back to.
When it comes to CEL24 yeast, Kameizumi is probably the best, but I'd have to go with Katsuragetsu for its smoothness.
I can imagine myself going home with a bottle in my hand in the next week or so 😂.
