baya
It was a gift from a friend, and when I had it hiya, I was convinced that it was a Showa-era sake. It has a mellow, robust, mellow umami mouthfeel, with an acidic aftertaste and a sharpness that is not bad.
When served lukewarm or hot, the taste becomes more peculiar and reminds us of a classic full-bodied sake.
The hiya is my favorite, a classic full-bodied sake, and it is an excellent sake with any snack.
