Pei
Shinshu Kamerei has become very popular. It is difficult to buy it even at local sake stores, but I happened to find it and bought it. I thought I had already had enough of it, but I realized it was my first time drinking it, so I am uploading it here as a reminder.
It is light and easy to drink, and is a recommended dry sake for nightly drinking. It is light, but has a rich mouthfeel with a fruity, sweet flavor. Needless to say, the taste is delicious.
