Another sake brewery is still making the sake from the past, called Mitamura Shuzo, and they are fresh pressing it out of the storage tanks.
This is a fun sake where you can even make your own label.
My daughter wrote it off as a day off!

It was a very fruity and mellow sake. Other customers said it tasted similar to Yamano Shuzo in Hirakata, but I think it is closer to Sanbon.
Today, I bought two bottles. I want to come back again!
