This is the completely made-to-order Ottersai Tankoha Kumi that I had reserved.
Freshly pressed, unfiltered, raw sake released every March and October! Initially, the product was distributed only to local sake retailers in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Also, the design of the bottle is different from the usual Ottersai, with a white frosted bottle that feels fresh.
Opening the bottle is like opening a carbonated lid.
When poured into a glass, it has a fresh aroma, a hint of gas in the mouth, a rich flavor, and a crisp acidity.
If you use a wine glass or a grappa glass, you can enjoy the aroma more, and I think this sake can be enjoyed as an after-dinner drink!
