The oak barrels that were used to age the red wine "Pinot Noir" from the winery "Fermier" in Niigata Prefecture were sent to Yamagata Honten in Yamaguchi Prefecture, which brews the famous sake "Yamagata", to be filled with sake and aged for 150 days. It has a pale yellow color with a slight reddish tinge. We enjoyed it with Yakiniku. 2310yen
