Machida Brewery.
From left,
Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki,
Special Junmai Gohyakumangoku Nigori,
Special Junmai Miyamanishiki Nigori.
Yamadanishiki is light and light and delicious.
Yamadanishiki is light and light, but the umami comes later and it is delicious.
Gohyakumangoku is gentle but has a happy flavor. It is a little sweet and a little acidic.
It may be my favorite.
But Miyamanishiki is just as good.
It has a bit more bitterness than the other wines, but it is a bitterness that leads to a good drinking experience, and it is a pleasant bitterness that is completely different from the usual unpleasant bitterness.
