Fable Nari Narushige Genshu (Junmai)
Another local sake.
I have a special place in my heart for this brewery and I love it.
It's been a while since I've visited the brewery.
I haven't had a drink yet, Fable, this is... delicious!
It's what's called an aged sake, pale amber in color, with a nice, tender taste.
I think this is a good one to enjoy after dinner just for the sake.
By the way, it is great with cheese.
I would recommend it to people who don't like aged sake.
We are a small brewery and our production is limited.
