The aroma is like a gorgeous pineapple. The sweetness and acidity of the pineapple and the flavor of the rice spread in the mouth. The taste is smooth, astringent and bitter with a tangy dry aftertaste, making it sweet but crisp. I think the sake here is especially delicious these days, so I recommend it to fruity lovers. It was a local sake from Saitama.
