りずむねーしょん
I was curious about the labeling, "natur" and "domaine," which is not typical for sake, so I bought this. I thought that if sake was made like natural wine, it would cost 3,000 to 4,000 yen even for a 5-gallon bottle. But this one was only 2,000 yen. I had no choice but to try it.
When I drank it, it was slightly fizzy like natural wine. It has a chirpy, pear or nectar-like atmosphere and a sweet taste. Even though it was sweet, it wasn't sticky, and the acidity in the aftertaste kept it sharp.
Amazing Senkou!
