Akishikaあらごし生酒 純米酒
スータローン
It's been a while since I've had my favorite Akirika.
It was my first aragoshi sake, so I was very excited before drinking it.
The mouthfeel is freshly pressed junmai sake, with a strong rice flavor, acidity, and gassiness.
It reminds me of a summer sake, but it is a fresh sake only available at this time of year.
It has a refreshing aftertaste with a hint of sweetness from the aragoshi-gashi, making it a good match for all kinds of food.
The second and third pictures show Akirika's sake bonbon chocolates.
The owner of the sake shop said he was a little surprised that such a hard core sake brewery like Akirika would sell such a product.
In my opinion, the sake bonbon is a delicious collaboration of the dry sake flavor and chocolate.
On a side note, today I went for a drive for the first time in a while and visited that bench by Lake Biwa.
It was introduced on NHK last month, so it was quite crowded.
It was so crowded that I had a hard time taking pictures.
