noutIt has a clean sweetness and an understated gassy aftertaste that doesn't leave an aftertaste, and it's light enough to drink without feeling like it's 16 degrees.
I felt it was a little rougher than the Dewa Sanzu x Yamadanishiki I drank before, but I still think the cost is pretty good.
This is a bottle that I want to drink regularly.
