It has been a long time since I have had Junmai Ni-Utsuri.
It is a Junmai sake, so it is quite heavy as a Junmai Nitoshi. It is a well-balanced sake that is both gorgeous and refreshing, but if you drink it thinking of a Junmai Ginjo Nitoshi, it is not quite the same.
It is heavy to drink on a tired day.
But since it is paired with yakitori, the taste is a good match.
