Since the raw material rice is "Kame-no-o", this is a special upper "Kame" origin.
It has a subtle acidity and soft sweetness. It is crisp and easy to drink from the start, and you can easily drink it with a meal.
However, after a little while after taking it out of the refrigerator, it starts to have a peculiar taste and sharpness. This is an interesting change.
I will add this to the list. After that, the peculiarity eases and the taste is stable, crisp and dry. I'll limit it to two cups today.
