2023-8 Longest 2-year lay-back ever
This Nabeshima Yumachi has been put on the back burner due to the various things that need to be drunk first.
Will it be a good thing or a bad thing that it has been left "next to" the refrigerator for two years?
On the first day, I started with cold sake. It has a light golden color, but it is not twitchy at all! No pungency and a long umami aftertaste.
The third day, it still pushes when the bottle is opened, which is impressive. A little sourness has appeared, but there is no tingling.
Day 7 The umami has decreased a little. How about heating it up? Well, it's not really suitable for heating up. But I fully enjoyed the high potential of Nabeshima.
